Relaxing weekend

House was very nice. Loved the setup and it made it so easy to accommodate family and friends. Plenty of room and nice view of canal from the huge windows.

This house has a lot of potential ..needs to be updated, cleaned better.. Ants were a huge problem in the kitchen. Balconies were unusable.. dirty . Wifi was terrible, kept going out.

Beautiful setting at the end of the canal.

Excellent location in a beautiful complex. So much to offer a family. Caught crabs off th dick. Kayaks were a great surprise. Rooms had plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Love the screened in porch for a rainy evening. Great location close to ocean city amenities without the crowds.

Ant farm

House was well stocked . Main issues for us were ants in kitchen alot of them , everyday.. spent most of my mornings killing, spraying with raid . outside area not clean enough to be used /. Master bedroom slider broken . A little landscape to the front walkway wouldn’t hurt the property .

Dirty

Living room sofa is very dirty. Dirty laundry from previous renters was left on the front porch our entire stay even after contacting the management. Back deck was also very dirty had to wipe chairs and table down, the deck should have been cleaned. First floor bedroom door was broken and should have been repaired for use, instead a note was placed on it “ do not use broken “

Avoid Vacasa

The property itself was wonderful. Had a couple minor issues, like the 2nd floor shower(which most of us used)was clogged and wouldn't drain. And the cable box in the main room was not working. The biggest problem was the lack of response from Vacasa on the issues. Spoke on the phone with people everyday from check in till day before checkout and nothing got handled. Will never use Vacasa again.
