Welcome to our modern and comfortable apartment in Holzmarkstraße! The 66 m² accommodation offers enough space for up to four people and is ideal for families, friends or business travelers.
The apartment has two cozy bedrooms to ensure a restful night's sleep. In the stylish living room, a TV with access to streaming services invites you to relax. There is also a fully equipped kitchen where you can easily prepare your favorite dishes.
The modern bathroom is equipped with all the necessary amenities. Fast Wi-Fi ensures a reliable internet connection, while an elevator provides easy access to the apartment.

The apartment is very centrally located just a few minutes' walk from Alexanderplatz, the TV Tower, Museum Island and the historic center of the Nikolai Quarter. Other sights are easily accessible on foot or by public transport. The popular trendy districts of Kreuzberg, Friedrichshain and Prenzlauer Berg can also be reached quickly on foot or by public transport. Several supermarkets, restaurants and the Alexa shopping center are in the immediate vicinity, making your stay even more convenient. The S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations Jannowitzbrücke and Alexanderplatz (lines S3, S5, S7, S9, U8, U2, regional and long-distance services) are just a few minutes' walk away. From here you can get to Berlin Central Station within 10 minutes and to BER Airport in about 40 minutes without changing trains. Sufficient public parking spaces are available for a fee.
