Nothing Royal here !!!

I thoroughly recommend that you DO NOT stay here. An absolutely awful hotel, with frosty, bordering on rude staff who couldn't give a damn. The room is old and musty smelling, despite the window having been left open in the hope of clearing the smell, it needs a massive facelift here. The beds are cheap with bad mattresses and the shower head wouldn't face downwards and fell off when moved or turned on. The internet was so slow it was like being in 1995 and it was impossible to work on. They charged €85 and didn't offer breakfast. When I complained about the internet the receptionist just shrugged at me as if she really couldn't care less. There is, however a fairly good Greek restaurant just round the corner and an Edeka and Aldi right there. This is an absolutely shocking hotel that should be ashamed of the service and state of the place for what they charge. Life is short, so really, stay somewhere/anywhere else.

Rest at driving only

Clean beds. The rest is very stained and old. A little overpriced but probably because of location close to A10. OK for sleeping 7 hours for driving next day.

Das Hotel hat einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt storniert, weil ich nach Ankündigung! die erste Nacht nicht wahrgenommen habe. Es bedurfte engagierten Einsatzes, um zumindest eine Zusage für die Erstattung der doppelt verkauften Übernachtung zu erhalten.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer, dass zur. Straße ging, das war schon recht laut. Ich bin diesbezüglich aber auch empfindlich. Ansonsten ist das Personal super nett & die Temperatur im Zimmer trotz fehlender Klimaanlage o.k. Ich komme gern wieder.

Super Preis & sehr freundliches Personal. Dafür, dass es keine Klimatisierung gibt, war die Temperatur im Zimmer gut erträglich. Wenn man ein Zimmer hat, dass nicht direkt zur Straße geht, ist es auch ruhig. Ich komme gern wieder.

Fast nichts von den "Annehmlichkeiten der Unterkunft" gehört zum Hotel. Matratzen sind mutmaßlich so alt wie das Hotel selbst und mehr als nur durchgelegen. "Überflüssiges" Bettzeug im Doppelzimmer wurde entfernt (bei Einzelnutzung). Das habe ich so auch noch nicht erlebt. Da das Kissen kaum noch eine Füllung aufwies, musste die Decke als Ersatz herhalten. Zweite Decke gab's ja nicht, also eben ohne. Schlüssel müssen (ohne Angaben von Gründen) bei jedem Verlasen des Stockwerks abgegeben werden. Es kann schonmal passieren (mir ging es so), dass mal eben gegen 22:00 Uhr das Hotelpersonal ins Zimmer kommt. Warum auch immer, die Damen waren schnell wieder raus. Letztlich kommt dieses Hotel, so möchte es nicht einmal nennen, auf meine persönliche Blacklist. In ca. 20 Jahren häufiger Dienstreisen, hab ich so etwas noch nicht erleben müssen.

Hotel weit vor den Toren Berlins

Das Hotel liegt 45 ÖPNV-Minuten vor den Toren von Berlin. In der Nacht schlechter und sehr langer ÖPNV-Anschluss. Nichts fürm Nachschwärmer, da Zimmer 10 Uhr verlassen sein muss. Nachtportier spricht weder deutsch noch englisch Fitnessn im Hotel nicht vorhanden Große, saubere Zimmer

Um die Ecke vom Hotel Weiterbildung gehabt daher der Aufenthalt. Fahrstuhl ging nicht, also musste man sein Gepäck ins 3.OG hoch schleppen. War doof aber für den defekt kann das Hotel nichts. Die Regelung Zimmerschlüssel bleiben im Hotel (bei jedem Verlassen muss der Schlüssel am Empfang abgegeben werden) empfand ich als sehr merkwürdig. Laut Aussage sind öfter Schlüssel verschwunden, aber dennoch merkwürdig. Des Weiteren ist eine Kaution von 100€ zu hinterlegen um eine Sicherheit bei Beschädigung vom Zimmer zu haben. Diese wurde von mir zwar nicht verlangt, ist aber theoretisch zu hinterlegen. Diese Regelung empfand ich ebenfalls als merkwürdig. Aufenthalt allgemein war i.O. Nichts besonderes aber zum schlafen hat es ausgereicht.

Jeg bestilte et rom med to single seng, men fikk dobbelseng og måtte bytte rommet. Og fikk nesten det samme dobbelseng og var veldig misfornøyd, anbefaler absolutt ingen til å bestille hos dem

Das geht nicht ! Bad total dreckig,haufenweise Haare in der Dusche, Plastikvorhang, Papier hinter dem Abfalleimer, verschimmelte Fugen usw. Bett durchgelegen. Kein Restaurant, kein Frühstück, Rechnung erst auf nachfragen bekommen. Fazit: Das Ding sollte man abreißen.
