Apartment in a 20s Berlin building that preserves the aroma with its entrance hall, original doors and wooden floors.
The apartment is spacious, bright and cozy. It has, a desk, dining table, sofas and comfortable beds. We provide fresh bedlinen and towels. A deposit of 400€ will be taken during the stay.

It is equipped with the necessary technology to offer high-speed Wi-Fi and to check in online and smart lock system to avoid waiting on arrival.

We offer luggage lockers located at the same building.
And baby cot on demand.

Friedrichshain is one of the districts of former East Berlin that has changed the most. It is Berlin`s new bohemia, managing a firm connection to the old East Germany and a forward-looking, youthful scene.
Culinary delights on market day, a relaxing walk through the Volkspark or a visit to a peninsula.
In the evening, explore the Friedrichshain neighbourhood between Warschauer Straße and Frankfurter Allee with its many bars, cafés, and restaurants. Whether you want to enjoy a relaxed meal with friends, sip the coolest cocktails or hit the clubs, this area has it all.

Ostkreuz is in a 5 minutes walking distance, from there trains go to the airport in 15 minutes.
To get to Berlin best spots you have S-bahn, U-bahn and Tram stops near the apartment.

We request a deposit of 400€ during the stay.
Failure to comply with any of these rules is grounds for a charge and/or you may be asked to leave the apartment:


- It is prohibited to make loud noises in the apartment or on the stairs between 22:00 and 09:00.
The apartment is equipped with a noise detector that will activate the alarm in case there are loud noises between these hours.


-Maximum departure time is 11 a.m. m. And don`t forget to throw garbage in the patio containers.


- Smoking, pets, unregistered guests are prohibited.


- Damage to equipment will incur a refund charge.
