"I had a wonderful stay at Harbor Plaza 8 Degrees Hong Kong, and I would especially like to recognize one of the front desk staff members, Louis, for his exceptional kindness and support. During my stay, I experienced one of my most stressful and frazzled moments due to a double booking issue. Louis went above and beyond to assist me. He patiently listened to my concerns, guided me through the steps to try to resolve the situation, and even offered me an upgrade to help make my stay more comfortable. His professionalism, empathy, and willingness to help truly made a difference during what could have been a very overwhelming experience. It is rare to encounter someone who provides such genuine care and takes ownership in helping guests. Thank you, Louis, for turning a stressful situation into a positive memory.
