"Located on the skirt of a busy district, it provides access to both ample shopping and dining choices while keeping the crowdedness of the surrounding area away. Access is slightly challenging for people with mobility issues, because it is on a hill with inclined streets or stairs. Interior is well kept and room is bright and clean. The hotel lacks a gym, pool, business centre, and an operating restaurant. It might be more suitable for visitors on a leisure trip than a business trip."

"Overall a good stay, only the room cleanliness of the room, we stayed in a studio room 620, the curtain is a bit dusty when we draw the curtain as the divider to cut the lighting from the toilet, we didn't like the connecting room was assigned to us when we requested the room away from the main lift, but the connecting room sound proof is really bad, can hear the noise from the next room clearly thru up the night, as well the cigarette smell from the next door. Room slipper is inferior quality, only good for those 2 star hotel, not for Eaton standard. Supply of those coming from mainland really doesn't cost much, less than a dollar of HKD, we didn't stay much of the time in the room, yet we need to change the slipper on daily basic. Pillow is the worse of all facilities in the room, too thin, even with two you sleep on it. Change your pillow and slipper to match your 4 star rating. Staff are friendly and efficient, keep up the good work for FO team for the speedy check in/out process. "
