"While the room was in acceptable condition, there are numerous details that require remodeling. Furthermore, it was evident that the hotel was overwhelmed by the high volume of guests. I paid for an ocean-view room but was assigned a room on the 6th floor with absolutely no view. Had I known this would happen, I would have opted for a standard room. The front desk staff informed me this was the only available room at the time. This did not align with my booking expectations, and the staff member avoided my questions, acting as though I had no choice but to accept it. I was incredibly disappointed by this service. Ultimately, I chose to leave the room vacant and stay elsewhere. Even though I still paid for the reservation, I refused to let this hotel ruin my entire trip."
