Very professional, courteous & friendly staff - from check-in to check-out. Have been staying in this property the past 15 yrs and my first Visit since Hongkong reopened to international travelers due to COVID 19. And they didn’t disappoint! Looks like they just underwent a neat renovation that made the experience even better.

The property is centrally located in Kowloon - just minutes aqay from the Star Ferry terminal. This is good. Some of the Front Desk staff were rude and condescending. This is not a good look for this property. Not impressed.

Having a portable Covid filter unit in every room, by the elevator and and in the bedroom hallway mean they prioritise safety of every guest. It’s also a welcome treat to have daily fruits and unlimited purified water in the room. Bed is comfortable with Duvet comforter. Their shower is 3-way shower. Truly had a luxurious, pleasant and excellent stay.
