New stainless steel appliances, freshly painted first floor bathroom, and a new living room rug for the 2024 season. This waterfront charmer in Ocean Pines has been totally renovated. Come and experience this open floor plan and glass front on canal with spectacular water views. Just 5 houses from the open water of the St. Martin's River, this 3 bedroom 2 bath home has a boat dock, screened porch, and newer deck overlooking the water. Enjoy outdoor living and dining at its finest! Every consideration has been given to your comfort in this spectacular getaway: gourmet kitchen, cable TV in every room and newer furnishings. Make "Moonshell 51" your home base for a wonderful bay side vacation or enjoy the beautiful views and peaceful serenity of our welcoming and cozy place! Please note there is a spiral staircase to access the 2nd floor. 4 TV's all flat screens and 3 DVD players. 2 Q beds, PYR Bunk (upper twin/lower full), QSS. In addition to central air, upstairs bedrooms also have additional A/C units. Additional fees may apply for some community amenities including pools, golf, tennis, etc., please inquire.
*NO USE OF BOATLIFT OR PONTOON BOAT ON THE LIFT*. This home is not available for high school/college “Beach Week”. Cancellation fee will apply. LINENS AND TOWELS ARE INCLUDED IN FEES.

Beautiful property

We had a great time at this beautiful property. The house was lovely, as described. A minor incident with the A/C was quickly and impressively addressed at 6 pm on a Saturday evening. We enjoyed crabbing off the dock and the view from the screened porch. Well stocked kitchen with an ice maker. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house at a great location!

Our family had a wonderful week at 51 Moonshell! The house itself is beautiful and it was super convenient having the dock for our boat. Best part of that is you are a few houses away from the St Martin river! 20 minutes to OCMD, can’t complain! Would stay again!

Beautiful view of canal

Renting properties in Ocean Pines is the way to go. Especially properties like this one on a canal or waterway - fantastic sunsets!! Can’t beat free parking at the Ocean Club on the beach either. It makes for a great family vacation!!

Lovely home on the water

Everything was as presented in the listing. The screened-in porch was fantastic for early morning coffee and a book. Close to OC but far enough away to relax away from the bright lights and noise. We enjoyed our beach week!

Perfect for a family get-away

After 3 months of working from home alongside our two girls (aged 4 and 6), my husband and I desperately needed a change of scenery. This property was PERFECT -- gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, VERY "bike-able" with our kids, great take-out and delivery options, and easy to get to interest areas (e.g., Assateague). The house was also immaculate and kid-friendly. Thanks for letting us stay in your home!

Relaxation

The accessibility to the bay with our boat was great. The house had everything we needed and more. Very nice neighborhood. No loud parties like at the boardwalk stays yet close enough that if you want to go your not spending a lot of time in the car.
