It's very easy to get to tourist spots. It's also close to the Zoo station on the S-Bahn, so I recommend it.

Everything was as expected. The lift situation is quite bad as it takes so long to call a lift and often it arrived already full of people.

Hotel was lovely and staff very helpful and friendly. Air conditioning was broken so they placed us in room at rear of building to allow us to open window. Room was still too warm and very noisy due to demolition taking place next to holiday. Was woken at 6.30am with noise and never given any warning of noise. Maids came to clean room before 9 every day even on leaving date

Would not recommend

Uncomfortable bed and pillows, and lacking cleaning routines. Super basic, even for the relatively low price. Ps: Don’t be fooled: you are not given access to a gym nearby - the misleading text is nothing more than a tricky way of stating that yes; in the middle of a large city, there will be gyms nearby, and if you want to use them, you have to pay.

Überhaupt nicht gut, eher richtig schlimm, ist die Parkmöglichkeit. Das Parkdeck direkt neben dem Hotel ist entsetzlich klein und eng und so voll geparkt, das man aus der hinteren Reihe rückwärts fahren musste. Rund um dem Hotel gibt es keine Parkplätze bzw. es scheint noch ein weiteres Parkdeck zu geben, jedoch stand der Aufsteller an der Rezeption für mich nicht sichtbar. Toll ist die Bar und recht gemütlich eingerichtet und die Sitzgelegenheiten. Leider schmeckte der gleiche Drink an zwei Abenden sehr unterschiedlich. Das Frühstücksbuffet für knapp 20 € fanden wir viel zu wenig Auswahl an Auflage, z.B. fehlt Rührei. Die Mitarbeiterin schien es nicht im Griff zu haben, dass der Frühstücksraum sehr voll war und somit großer Andrang an Auflage und Käse. Auch die Fahrstühle sind nicht alle im Einsatz. Lange Wartzeiten an den Fahrstühlen, vor allem am Sonntag Vormittag, wo doch sehr viele Gäste abreisen. Unserer Meinung nach ist einiges zu überdenken, damit für Gäste der Aufenthalt von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise wirklich unvergeßlich ist. Es gibt dafür externe Berater ... Auf der Rechnung sind für zwei Nächte unterschiedliche Preise ... das ist, so finden wir Erklärungsbedarf.

The service was not amazing, it was difficult to get hold off an iron. The lifts were super slow. For business i wouldn’t come back.

Das Zimmer hatte keinerlei Schrank, Nachttisch oder Schublade, wo man hätte etwas nicht sichtbar unterbringen können. Das Zimmer war ausreichend für 2 Nächte oder Geschäftsleute, aber nicht für uns, die wir 4 Tage dort waren. Unseren Koffer konnten wir nirgends richtig unterbringen. Er stand neben dem Bett als Ablage.

MotelOne is nr1.. for the price

Motelone is always value for money, the beds are good, rooms cozy and the bathrooms okay. The ground floor has a nice lounge atmosphaere, inviting to sit down and take a drink. The onlybthing is that the breakfast needs some scrambled eggs and more vegetables.. otherwise all is good!
