“This property and its owner were everything we look for in a vacation rental. Listing is as an old farm house does not do it justice. The owner has carefully curated it it with an electric collection of furniture ,pottery and various hand crafted items. She has put her heart and soul into this house and you can feel.it ad soon as you step inside. “There was left over food from previous tenets and there was only one trash bag in the home. Several fixtures were not working properly ie kitchen sink faucet would turn on, on its own and there were several lights out both in the garage and the downstairs bathroom.”

“We had a great time! The house was very cozy. Ralph was very quick to respond if we needed anything. The backyard view with the water was very nice. The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors friendly. Bedrooms had smart tv’s and Wi-Fi was fast. Would definitely stay again! ”

“Misleading listing, hidden fees, dirty unit. The property leaves a lot to be desired. Reasons for a 2-star review…Access issues:The check-in instructions were missing the final step to open the lock the door. Took over 15 mins to get into unit. The wi-fi password listed/provided is incorrect.Cleanliness: large yellow stain on queen mattress, what appeared to be blood stains on blanket in bunk room, left over food in fridge, crumbs on living room floor, dust/dead bugs/tags from prior guests under……

“Clean, with lots of space, nicely decorated, great location with an ample amount of parking. Only missing item was a large skillet but that was minor compared to what the house offered. Within walking distance to the beach, which was awesome. Would definitely stay there again!”
