As you enter the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a laundry room. The laundry room has a full sized washer and dryer for added convenience. The second floor has the living room, kitchen, dining area, 2 more bedrooms, and 1 full bathroom. With sleeping arrangements on both floors, there is room for the whole family. The living room is a great area to relax in after a long day at the beach. With sliding glass doors in both the living room and dining room, you can catch the water views whether on the couch or eating a meal. The home has seating in the dining room, on the deck, and in the 3 season room. All 3 areas have fabulous views of the waterways that you can enjoy while dining. The master bedroom with additional couch is located on the first floor overlooking the water. You can sip your morning coffee on the couch in the privacy of your own room while you watch the morning boats float out to the bay. Both the upper and lower deck have views of the bay and Ocean City skyline. The boat dock is yet another bonus. You can bring your boat and head out to sea for a day of fishing, tubing, or sightseeing. If you prefer to dine out, you can take your boat to one of the many dock and dine restaurants in Ocean City. There is an additional fee to use the power source for your boat. Additional fees may apply for some community amenities including pools, golf, tennis, etc., please inquire.
