Absolutely perfect vacation rental!

My friends and I were absolutely thrilled with this place! It is clean, spacious and perfectly located in a cute little town with shops and restaurants.We all said we could live ve here. Very homey and comfortable.

Spacious, clean, fantastic location

Martinek’s apartment in downtown Berlin was perfect for our family of 4. Spacious, with comfortable common areas, well stocked kitchen, bright and very clean. The fourth bedroom even had a desk that was perfect for knocking out a few emails after the kids were in bed. Sunday morning farmers market was right out our door, which the kids were enjoyed. Short drive to OC and Assateague. Host very responsive. We’ll be back.

Perfect location and very comfortable

My family loved our visit. It’s located in the town center of Berlin with everything in walking distance. We came for the beach which is a short drive. Also very close to OC activities. The property was very clean and had more than enough space for my party of 7 with more to spare. The decor is very thoughtful and inviting to the theme “The Hive”. We will totally be returning!
