Berlin Berliner Funkturm Hotels

"The property was very clean with spacious and comfortable amenity suites. The rooms were of good value in Berlin and the property was located in a very convenient location. The property's concept is that it is contactless (i.e. no visible staff with self service online kiosks for check in). Our only issue was that we were unsure as how to access the main door upon arrival (a code was needed but never sent to us). Luckily a staff member was available via phone so all was good. Overall, I would recommend this property and would consider booking again."

"Clever layout divides the space nicely. We did not cook, but found the kitchen useful and convenient; doesn't hurt that there is an Aldi right next door. Nice neighborhood, right by 2 lines on the U-bahn; easy to reach the sites throughout the city."

"The vita Hotel is definitely worth a five star review but it has a serious access problem. We arrived on a Saturday at the 12-14 Heerstrasse address that’s on Expedia. The only Vita sign says there’s a Vita clinic, but no hotel. The doors were locked and there was no answer to the door bell, The listed phone number didn’t answer and we were about to leave and find another hotel when a guest returning to the hotel noticed our distress and showed us the secret to reaching the hotel Vita. The entrance is around the corner and you need a key card to get in, but you can only get the keycard from the hotel once you’ve entered. There doesn’t seem to be an intercom so if our friendly guest hadn’t let us in we’d still be waiting there. Then you need the keycard to access the elevator because the hotel is on the 4th floor. Once you reach reception everything is great - spacious room and bathroom, clean and fresh and a wonderful breakfast. The hotel is definitely a good experience if only you can access it. "

"I stayed for a mid-week for DMEA 2026 in the Messe, my dog accompanied me. The room on the 6th floor was somewhat "petite" but functional with a working kitchenette (microwave/grill only, no stove, and a fridge with no freezer compartment but otherwise okay). The room had a lot of daylight, which was nice. The area around Charlottenburg is wonderful. The Nextbike rental bike solution was brilliant. All in all, great value for money, I'd come back here."
