Host was super helpful with some initial check-in issues (that were caused by my inattentiveness) and seems like a generally cool dude. Just watch out for predatory parking enforcement in Richmond! I began reaching out to her using messaging and voice mail at 4 PM to get information on getting into the building and apartment.
