Chalet in the city of Bern
Holiday in a listed chalet - 15 minutes from the Zytglogge in Bern.
The apartment includes next to the two rooms a kitchen with corner seat, the bathroom, a bay window as a reading area and a patio.
The chalet is located in Bethlehem, west of the city of Bern. On the one hand, Bethlehem is characterized by the old village center with many chalets and, on the other hand, by modern developments, built from the 1960s onwards for the growing population. Near the chalet there is a bakery, an oriental shop with cheap fruits and vegetables, a few steps away there is a COOP with construction and hobby, where everything can be bought, what your heart desires. Just a short distance from the chalet, but in the opposite direction, there is a MIGROS with a range for daily needs. Also nearby there are 3 restaurants (one of which is a pizzeria also with takeaway).
The forest is also close.
The chalet is easily accessible by public transport. The Postbus stop is in the immediate vicinity. The tram also stops in just 3 minutes walking distance. With the Berne ticket, which is included in the price for overnight stays, all means of transport of BERNMOBIL zones 100 and 101 can be used.
Parking of own car is possible by appointment on the property.

Wunderbar!
Wir haben Gittes Chalet nicht zum ersten Mal besuchen dürfen :) Gitte bereitet alles so liebevoll vor, die Wohnatmosphäre in diesem gemütlichen Holzhäuschen ist soooo angenehm... wir schlafen immer phantastisch :)

Die Internetbewertungen waren völlig übertrieben
Die Vermiterin war sehr nett.Die Sauberkeit in der Küche war unzureichend, in den Schränken und besonders im Backofen.Die angegebene Ausstattung ,wie Waschmaschine und Trockener waren nicht in der Wohnug vorhanden.Ausgezeichnet ist die Anbindung an den Nahverkehr .

Tolle Lage
Das Chalet liegt ideal, um Bern zu besuchen. Bahnhof und Altstadt mit Bus oder Tram ( fahren sehr häufig ) in 15 bis 20 Minuten erreichbar. Das Bern-Ticket haben wir voll genutzt. Es gilt zB auch für die Drahtseilbahn auf den Berner Hausberg, den Gurten.
Das Chalet ist liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Der Empfang war unkompliziert und herzlich. Danke für das Obst!

Wunderschön!

Passende plek voor ons
Genoeg plek om met ons drieën eigen ruimte binnen en buiten te hebben. Lekker eigen keukentje. Het huis kan zeker aan de buitenkant wel onderhoud gebruiken. Verbinding met het centrum prima, een directe bus. Hartelijke ontvangst.

The location is perfect: quiet and yet within easy reach from the city center. All the necessary shops are within walking distance. The hostess is very nice and even brought us a bowl of fresh fruit. She was also very responsive to our needs.
The only slight problem was that the Internet was slow and unreliable.
But we would definitely stay there again.
