「My partner and I were appalled by the misleading information given on Hotels.com. We saw a plaque at the hotel entrance that says “Four Stars 2026”, which means right now it is NOT a four-star hotel; it is HELL. I don’t understand why we were given thick blankets at the height of summer, a dusty mini fan and a mini fridge that doesn’t work. We had the WORST sleep for two nights. We couldn’t open the windows because it was noisy outside. My partner became sick and I think my cancer got worst...
「Hotel elegante e confortevole, camera pulitissima e spaziosa. Dalle finestre si gode la vista sulle vie del centro storico, mentre dalla terrazza al quarto piano il panorama è sul castello di Burgdorf e sulle vicine montagne.
La colazione viene servita al pian terreno dove le bravissime ragazze dello staff sono guidate dal signor Ferdinand, che coccola gli ospiti con garbo ed efficienza.

Wir hatten das Dachgeschoss Zimmer, mitte Juni, sehr warm, keine Klimaanlage. Es gab einen sehr lauten Ventilator. Das Dachfenster ging nicht richtig zu öffnen.
Ansonsten war es eine gute Unterkunft für die Durchreise nach Italien.」
「We were unable to lower the temp so it was far too hot for us when we couldn't get it cooler after being so over heated all day. We are Canadians so we are not accustomed to the heat and the strength of the sun here in this heat wave. The lady at the dest was wonderful and the restaurant was amazing. The staff at the restaurant had us laughing and we really enjoyed being able to have such a wonderful experience right there at the hotel」
