The room had all amenities as listed. Cleaning could be improved as I needed to move the bed and found lots of dust there. Overall, it is a good hotel and I would recommend it.

The staff were welcoming and helpful and the room was clean. It was great to have kitchen facilities. Although we were outside the centre of Bern, the public transport was excellent so we were in the centre in no time. It was quite an unusual hotel in some ways but it was a fantastic base to explore beautiful Bern.

Loved the hotel! Beautifully decorated, perfectly designed, great facilities and in great shape. Loved the hangout area on the 8th floor as well, plus the laundry facility. There were not many places to eat dinner but it was right beside the train station so super convenient to train anywhere we wanted to go. Definitely recommend!

Great location, close to the Wankdorf station. Room as described, really clever use of the sliding wall to create the space where you need it at that time. Great to have coffee machine and easy access to refills from the main area. Nice to be able to cook our own food. Little supermarkets close by, used the Migrolino on the Sunday when Coop was closed. Would recommend, we had a great stay.

We liked the "kitchen" though there wasn't an oven to do pizza. (go to the 8th floor common room and use that one) The common room was never busy while we were there so if you want a comfortable spot to browse the internet or watch a game on your laptop that is a good spot. If there are two of you, pulling the other half of the bed out every evening was a bit of a chore but not a deal breaker. The bathroom was spacious by Swiss standards BUT the glass doors could make it awkward for some people. The location was VERY convenient being right next to the train station and surprisingly at night you had to strain to hear the trains. Another surprise was the rooftop terrace with a great view of the mountains. The price was fair and I would stay there again.
