Home Port is a charming oceanfront New England farmhouse located on Bass Harbor on Mount Desert Island, home of Acadia National Park. Homeport accommodates 6 people in three bedrooms with 2 baths. Homeport has a well equipped kitchen and dining area for gathering at the end of the day or enjoy the fresh salty air while barbecuing on the patio. The quaint fishing harbor and mountains of Acadia is the view from the deck of this comfortable home. Kayaks and a rowboat are available for your use, on a semi-private dock, shared only with the owners.

Biking, beach combing, hiking, kayaking and fishing all right at your doorstep. Several dining options are located in Southwest Harbor and lobster pound within walking distance!

The Park has nearly 32,000 acres of land which offers unequaled beauty and ocean front access. Over 55 miles of carriage trails provide hiking and biking with vistas of unrivaled beauty. Bar Harbor is a 30 minute drive and hiking trails of Acadia and the iconic Seawall are all within 15 minutes of this picturesque home.
