"The bath drain was very slow. Breakfast bar was good. Staff was good. Had a problem with purchasing breakfast online. One day I was not feeling well and after waiting in line to speak to someone at the desk, was told I could not get anything "to go" from breakfast because it was 9:02 am. Really?! I also asked to return the next day's coupons so I could meet my grandchildren for breakfast closer to them and was told "No" because they were purchased online. Beware, there is no wiggle room when buying the breakfast coupon online - Also, it is the SAME PRICE when purchasing onsite. None of those things are explained on the website."

"Everything about the hotel stay was great clean room upon check in staff very nice grounds very clean. Did not like that there was no daily maid services. "

"Paint peeling in the bathroom, loose toilet seat, exterior exit doors not in the lobby were not secured and damaged. Mattress and box were spring style and hard. Pillows were undersized for a king bed, and rock hard. Worst of all, a no prior notice $100 hold was placed on my card for “sundry” charges. This, even tho there was no in room snacks or any lobby items behind the counter. Not recommended. "
