“We really enjoyed our stay! Everything was so clean and comfortable. Having lots of towels and pillows was appreciated. The host’s guide to Estes Park was helpful and fun to read. The record player with all the cool record choices was a blast. The kitchen was very well equipped and nicely organized. Nathan was great host and this place had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. It was hard to leave!”

“Clean property with large rooms, high ceilings, and an incredible view. The playroom attached to the kids' room was a huge hit with our 4- and 6-year-olds! The hot tub was clean and features a great view, and the fire pit was fun to spend an evening around. Overall an excellent place to stay for families with super easy access to the national park and to all the Estes Park activities, with about a 7-minute drive to the 2 parking lots downtown. We will definitely be staying here again.”

“We enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as described. It was very clean and perfect for our family of 4. It was very convenient to Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park. Directions for everything was very clear and easy communication with the owner.”

“Good place for a small group. The electrical door pad was not working so it took some time to get in. We ended up using the padlocked key, then we had to use one key for the rest of the weekend which was a little inconvenient for having multiple cars and people. They asked us if one key was ok, but really they should have a policy to fix important stuff like that right away. The place was clean and there was enough kitchen and living room space to accommodate 5 of us. Each having our own bed.……

“House was wonderful, beds were very comfortable. Host was wonderful. The only thing was the listing said it had air conditioner and it didn't, but it was nice enough that we didn't need it. Also it was right next to a busy road, so it was pretty noisy, considering we had to have windows open. Overall, we were very happy with everything and would stay there again.”
