Huset i Bertogne var et godt valg til vores getaway, Det er gennemtænkt tilpasset til kørestolsbrugere, hvilket gjorde vores ophold komfortabelt, Vi satte pris på det store opholdsområde og det velindrettede køkken, De nærliggende attraktioner som Bastogne og La Roche var nemme at nå, hvilket gjorde vores udflugter behagelige, Et godt sted for familier, selvom vi fandt mangel på nærliggende butikker en smule besværligt, Alt i alt et solidt ophold

Location just outside Bastogne is ideal for exploring the Ardenne in both Belgium and Luxembourg, well worth visiting. The property is located on a quiet lane with large garden to side and rear and lovely views of the rolling hills in the front. Property is suitable for wheelchair users and those with mobility issues. Kitchen is well equipped. Very child friendly. Disappointing that there was no laundry facility, bit of a must for those with babies and children and also the disabled. Would have appreciated clothing storage in the ‘disability suite’, rather lacking in just that room. Another armchair would have been nice - we found the sofas a bit too low for getting up from. Other than that all good. Jolange, the Hostess, was very flexible in her approach and dealt with a minor problem very promptly. Would consider re-booking again.

Mooie locatie met een mooie grote kindvriendelijke tuin. Conciërge is een vriendelijke mevrouw die alles duidelijk uitlegt. Helaas is de poetsdienst niet zo nauwkeurig, daar moet wat aan gewerkt worden! Qua accommodatie is bepaalde huisraad en meubilair wat aan vervanging toe. Over het algemeen een leuk kindvriendelijk huisje met een prima prijs kwaliteit!

Het huis was gemakkelijk te vinden. Ook de sleutelkluis was duidelijk uitgelegd en handig. Het huisje was ruim en gezellig ingericht. Ook de ontvangst was goed. De conciërge heeft wat bijkomende informatie gegeven en was betrokken en geïnteresseerd. Dat was een fijn welkom.

Accomodatie prima, omgeving prachtig, aankomst in donker was wat moeilijk, het opgegeven huisnummer was 275, we hebben er lang naar gezocht uiteindelijk vonden we het huis bij nummer 62. Een jaar geleden zijn alle huisnummers in het dorp gewijzigd. Ik vind het erg dat dit niet kan aangepast worden bij de verstrekte gegevens over de vakantiebestemming.

Aankomst was in orde. met de sleutel in een kluisje is dit zeer aangenaam. Het was een heel mooie omgeving, alleen spijtig dat de bewegwijzerde wandelingen bijna volledig over macadam gingen.

De omgeving van het huisje is prachtig, net als het uitzicht aan beide kanten van het huis. De aanbouw aan het huis is modern. De keuken is dat ook. De kamers en badkamer op de verdieping zijn een stuk ouder (maar hebben we niet gebruikt). Enkele opmerkingen * Er hangt een onaangename geur in de woonkamer, waarschijnlijk door de afvoer van de keuken of de vaatwasser. * Er zijn veel vliegen en grote muggen in de woonkamer. Een hor aan de schuifdeur zou veel oplossen. * De buren maakten in het weekend tot laat op de avond veel lawaai. Daar kan de verhuurder natuurlijk niets aan doen.

Hebben uitstappen gedaan naar Rochehaut, Frahan en Le tombe du Géant. Dichtbij is Bastogne. Wij waren al naar het amerikaans museum geweest, maar wie nog niet geweest is moet dit zeker doen. Even dichtbij is het prachtige dorp Houffalize... Ook in de buurt van het huis kan gewandeld worden.. Het enige geluid dat in de buurt van het huis te horen is zijn de van vogels en koeien...

Prima huis. Dichtbij allerlei mooi wandelingen. In de wintertijd is het eerder een huis voor 6 als 8 personen, omdat er 1 grote woonkamer/keuken is en geen andere verblijfruimtes. Gemist werden de dvd speler en radio/cd speler

Een comfortable woning in een mooie omgeving waren wij, vier bevriende koppels, van een leuk en gezellig verlengd weekend hebben genoten. De woning is zeer rustig gelegen op een heuveltop met prachtig uitzicht en heeft een mooie tuin met terras. De woning ligt midden Houffalieze,La Roche en Bastonge wat veel culturele, culinaire, historische en andere uitstap mogelijkheden biedt. Vanuit de woning kan je afgepijlde wandelingen en of mountainbik tochten maken te midden van de prachtige natuur in en rond Bertonge. Kortom een top woning op een top lokatie.
