「飯店位於City Hall前方廣場旁，所以安全無虞，同時，離市區景點都很近(除了貝倫區及阿法瑪區之外)，步行15～20分鐘內都可到達。算是小型飯店，裝潢風格較復古。服務人員都很年輕、親切，服務也很好，每天還會贈送小禮物及問候卡片，很貼心。唯一的小缺點是，飯店不在馬路旁，前方是下City Hall停車場的車道，也沒有明顯的招牌，如果搭計程車或uber前往，若司機不熟悉，可能會有困難找到飯店。」

Staffs are all nice and willing to help carry on luggage that there is no elevator in this hotel. Breakfast is amazing! 「Excellent location at Baixa, convenient to walk to main attractions or take the metro or railway to suburbs in Lisbon. It is centrally located with a lot of shops and restaurants. The breakfast buffet is a great surprise, with lots of options and freshly made eggs / omelets and coffees/teas of your choice. The front is also rather helpful. We totally enjoyed our 6 nights of stays and would no doubt book the hotel again if we visit Lisbon again.」
