“Outdoor surroundings are beautiful, clean and well kept with easy access to a sandy beach. Pool is large and easily accessible. Food is lovely with a huge choice in the buffet. There's also an Italian restaurant and noodle bar on site. I think all rooms have a lovely view over the Indian Ocean. Staff are very attentive, kind and helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I hope to return next year.”

“A really comfortable 21-night stay in this delightful villa, with its beautiful pool and garden. The host and his staff team were the stand-out feature, serving up tasty breakfasts and dinners, keeping the property spotless, ferrying us around by tuktuk, and looking after us in so many ways! There was very good air-conditioning throughout the villa and a superb beach at Bentota just 15 minutes away.”

“Unfortunately this place is in desperate need of investment. The kerb appeal is very good but the jetty for example is falling into the river and not as pictured. The room wasn't very clean which is a great pity as the owner is very friendly. The food was lovely, we had both Breakfast and evening meals and could not fault them. It just a great shame that it is not as good as it could be. If the owner makes a investment in his property he could definitely charge more to stay.”

“Un bel endroit au calme, très bien aménagé où on resterait bien plusieurs jours. Grande piscine bien arborée, cuisine d’été pratique, bungalows confortables avec climatisation. À savoir, pas de restaurants à proximité mais on peut préparer un repas ou le réchauffer dans la cuisine d’été (grand frigo, four, plaques de cuisson, tables, chaises, vaisselle, verres à vin, ventilateur, jolis voilages …) Jonathan est disponible pour répondre à toutes nos demandes avec gentillesse et efficacité ! ”
