Detached house, close to the owners. On the ground floor: Living room (TV, Internet). Kitchenette (oven, gas hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher). Laundry room (washing machine). Bedroom 1 (1 bed 160x200). Shower room accessible to people with reduced mobility with WC.
Upstairs: Bedroom 2 (1 bed 140x190). Bedroom 3 (2 beds 90x190). WC. Mezzanine with relaxation area (sofa bed and TV). Baby equipment.
Private unfenced land. Terrace. Awning. Garden furniture. Deckchairs. Barbecue. Ping-pong table. Swing. Boules pitch.
In the village, 300m from the cottage: free mini golf, football pitch, playground. 4km away: grocery store, bread depot and bar.
Electric heating at an additional cost. Sheets and towels for rent.
Cleaning service at an additional cost (if guests do not take the cleaning package, the cottage must be returned in the same condition as upon arrival, otherwise the owners reserve the right to claim €60).
One animal accepted maximum. Between Villedieu les Poëles, the copper city, and the forest of St Sever, this comfortable rental benefits from a remarkable environment. The goats, your neighbors, will always be the first to greet you! A pleasant sunken path allows you to walk to the center of the village where you will find the bar and grocery store. You will also enjoy the free municipal mini-golf just a little further away. Anne-Sophie, the owner, will share with you her joy of living in this Normandy countryside, she who fell under the spell of the place to the point of leaving her native Belgium! The cottage is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
