- The house: a new construction woods, very beautiful floor height.
- The breakfast: home made confiture, “citron vert & tomate vert “ is my favorite one.
- The beds: very confortable and super clean.
- The spa and sauna: it is the perfect choice after a long day of the shopping.

「Friendly welcome on arrival and at breakfast. Good room and bathroom. Very good breakfast. Adjacent restaurant is very good but a bit pricey.
Very good for an overnight stop or longer to explore the area.」

「We were thrilled to find that we had been upgraded to a beautiful room with plenty of French charm. We stayed in Le Gallant Vert and had a lovely view into the private courtyard and another into the cobbled street. So close to the centre of old Troyes but also very quiet and tucked away. The church bells next door were another part of the charm. We recommend doing the self guided walking tour around the old town. Ask reception for a map.」
