Located in Aguas Verdes, Fuerteventura, this 60 m² apartment offers space for up to 2 guests. You will find a bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobes. The private, fully equipped kitchen is integrated with the open dining area, and the living room features a five-seater sofa. Amenities include private Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, self check-in, and barrier-free indoor access.



You can enjoy the private balcony, equipped with two sun loungers and a small table, ideal for admiring the sea views and sunsets over the bay and the Atlantic. The communal outdoor pool and children's pool invite you to relax. In addition, a tennis court and mini-golf are available for guests. The apartment is a 15-minute walk from the nearest beach, about 600 metres away.



Important note: Currently, the GPS location of the apartment may not be accurate due to technical issues being resolved. The apartment is located in the village of Aguas Verdes, on the road to Playa de Santa Inés.



There are communal parking spaces on the property. Events are not allowed. It is essential that you have a car to explore the surroundings and do your shopping, as the nearest shops are 12 km away in Antigua. The accommodation is about 20 minutes by car from the airport; there is no public transport available. On your way from the airport, you will pass shopping centres in Puerto del Rosario, where you can buy food and drinks. Wi-Fi and internet are reliable, but there is no mobile coverage in the area. A few days before your arrival, you will be contacted with directions to the accommodation.
