The view is stunning

This apartment had an amazing view of the ocean, new flooring, and all new kitchen appliances which were amazing. Just know that the kitchen is 100 percent empty so you’ll need to bring things like salt and pepper if you are visiting. The bathrooms and shower were dated which I didn’t mind, but my teens didn’t like. They did have basic toiletries and linens.

Very Disappointing

We have had good experiences with Vacasa previously, but this time was a disaster. Our unit’s air conditioning was broken, which Vacasa knew but didn’t tell us about before we moved in. We had to call/text before being told the issue would be corrected the next day. It wasn’t. Then we were told the next day it would be repaired. It wasn’t again. After two nights in an apartment that was 85 degrees inside during a heat wave, we left. Vacasa only refunded the remainder of our week, and would not fully refund the first two days we spent without A/C and trying to get into contact with Vacasa customer service. We kept being told we would be called back by the local Vacasa, but we never were. Finally we had to go to the offices near Sea Colony ourselves, and Brittany assisted us. However, after that meeting she failed to return follow-up calls and texts inquiring as to our refund for the first two days of our trip. She ghosted us. Additionally, the unit TVs did not work and the screen door did not close (I have photos of both), there were tons of bugs in the unit and the floors were dirty (our feet were black from walking around). Very disappointing.
