Small but nicely appointed- needs better cleaning

This condo is very cute and the location is great. Pretty furnishings and books, games and porch add to the experience. But the cleaning service was bad and I don’t appreciate that the photo showed an end unit property when it’s clearly a middle unit.

Best condo!

Would not stay again

The condo appeared clean at first glance but as we continued our stay we learned that wasn’t the case. Every bag of towels provided had hair in them and there was hair and/or stains on all the furniture. The patio was nice but unfortunately had giant spiderwebs and spiders all over the furniture, and we tried knocking them down to no avail (spiders continued to make more webs throughout the entire weekend). It doesn’t seem like any ant/insect/spider spraying is done. The largest problem we had was that our front door died every day that we were there. We had to call maintenance every morning and wait around for them to come fix it, and after being told there are no physical keys that they distribute, they finally gave us a set on day three of the problem. This took a lot of time away from our short amount of time here and was frustrating to deal with daily. Another con to the experience was being charged higher resort fees during an out of season stay. Most of the pools were closed and tram service in our area had been discontinued. While we really enjoyed the Bethany Beach area and would love to come back, we will not be staying with Vacasa.

Great Place

This was a great stay for our family! Close to everything and there was a tram stop and pool in walking distance! Clean! Overall really great stay and would stay again. Pros: Clean, space for our bigger family of 6, close to tram and pool, includes towels and bedding. Cons: Some things could use some updating. short on a couple things like toilet paper, paper towels, etc, but not a huge deal (things I’d bring: foil, sandwich bags, container or two, extra TP, good paper towels, trash bags)

Best beach condo rental experience EVER!

All around this experience was a 10+. -Booking with Vacasa 10+ -Checking into the office at Vacasa 10+ -The Condo 10+ -The view from condo 10+ -amenities (No need to bring anything) 10+ -Cleanliness 7 ( I am only giving it a 7 Because the entryway leading up to the condo was dirty and the patio furniture was not clean) -The resort 10+ looked like a piece of heaven. Highly recommend!!

Tennis Trip

Beautiful condo, very clean, great location for walking to the tennis courts and a short bike ride to the beach. The tennis pros are fun. The cardio tennis is a perfect start to the day.
