Relax on the oversized deck as you enjoy panoramic views of the lake! Enjoy kayaking on the lake or grilling steaks on the community charcoal grill just short steps to the beach. Take a short walk to one of the 16 pickle ball or 30 tennis courts. Ride the free tram to the private Sea Colony beach or any of the 12 heated pools (two indoor) for a fun filled day! Visit the West Lake Activity Center, the Sea Colony Indoor Tennis Center, and the Freeman Fitness Center for various activities and exercise options! Nice place to stay in sea colony

This is a nice place to stay in sea colony area, especially if you are into tennis or the splash pad area. It is also on a lake which has a playground which is nice to take kids to. To get to the beach you can bike, take the tram or drive closer.
