Great vacation rental

Enjoyed our stay at Sea Colony. Our place was clean and had everything we needed. It was in a good location, close to tennis courts. We really enjoyed it and hope to rent it again.

Lovely

Well maintained, lovely property. We loved the screened in porch. I did not realize how large Sea Colony is. There is a trolley to pick you up and bring you to the beach, as well as multiple pools which was very convenient. My only complaint is there was not a coffee pot on the property, only a Keurig machine and the pods were not provided.

Cute place.

We love sea colony. This place was cute, well equipped, and comfortable. Love that the deck was screened it and that it was close to the tram stops. The AC worked great and the open concept living area was key. We had an issue w no blinds or window coverings in the master bedroom (needed for 1st floor). Vacasa came and hung a white sheet for us...which in our eyes was not a sufficient fix. (Transparent and light came in still).

Sea Colony Great - Problems at This Unit

The good - Sea Colony is great and this unit is in what was a good location for us - on all three tram lines, close to our favorite pool and within walking distance of the Fitness Center. Check in and check out were easy. Master bed was very comfortable, other beds were squeaky. Nice screened in porch. The bad - we arrived to overflowing garbage, blood in bathroom, sticky dining table, ant infestation which we took care of, no evidence of vacuuming (vacuum was plugged - fixed that too) and no working dryer. Vacasa did take care of garbage within 30 minutes. The dryer required daily phone calls with no resolution all week and no accommodations to help us out. Expected us to be understanding. My husband spent part of two days in a laundromat. Issue was half fixed when we left but we have no confidence Vacasa will finish the fix. We will not stay here again.

2025 Family Beach Get Together

Nice place. Great location. Strange smell.

Condo overall is nice. Large. Good layout. Good location in the Sea Colony neighborhood. Unfortunately the condo had a damp feel and a not so pleasant mildew smell. We bought some Glade plug ins immediately which helped but it was still present the entire week. Besides all of that we had a nice stay.
