「The room and property was nice and clean. Loved the antiques or antique looking furniture! I think they should have towel racks in the bathroom or hooks on the door, but other than that, the room was great! The location was also nice being on the water and near to other businesses. My only real complaint was with the staff. When we first tried to check in an hour early, I was first made to wait. 「The Riley Room was beautiful with a super comfortable bed. Since there is no front desk, you check in at the Galley Restaurant/Bar and the staff checking us in was wonderful. This was our first visit to Marietta and to the Hackett Hotel and we will be back.」

「I would have given at least a good rating were it not for the fact that our room was on a floor that was being renovated. The hallway was a complete mess and the smell of plaster was rather unpleasant. The room itself was fine but the hotel should have closed that floor for use while the renovation was being done.」
