The circumstance is very beautiful and comfortable, such as bungalows, trees and flowers cross together, which is special.
Of cause, the room is beautiful, and bathroom is spacious. The bed is comfortable, this make my jet leg disappear soon.
The waiters enthusiasm and gentle.

Front desk, restaurant, concierge are all very attentive. Valet, due to Covid-19 has been temporary suspended and self parking had been in-placed. BUT I still saw customers leaving their vehicles right in front of the valet booth, greeted by the valet, exited their vehicle and walked into the hotel while the valet drove and park the customers' vehicles! That increased the risk of contracting / spread Covid-19 and SHOULD HAVE BEEN STOPPED.

generally the hotel is one of the best we have stayed in LA. Very thoughtly on every little details, eg. there was a staff placed to just help with pushing the elevator button at lobby, a tub of suntan lotion for guests to use in the pool area etc.
Overall a very pleasant stay!
