「I am always a litte skeptical to rent a place that doesn't have several reviews to read. I have to say this place exceeded our expectations in every way. You can tell it is newly remodeled. It has plenty of indoor and outdoor space overlooking the wide canal. Our family of seven plus their friends that came by to hang out in the pool and kayak had lots of room. We had everything we needed with all the little extras that were provided. I would highly recommend this place. Thank you for sharing...

「We loved our stay! The house was spotless, well-stocked with plenty of amenities, and had so many fun photo spots. It was the perfect home base for our scalloping trip. The host was extremely responsive and accommodating, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. We would definitely consider coming back!」

「We were looking for a last minute house near the river. This was perfect. Super close to Homosassa and Crystal rivers. Outdoor area was lovely. It could use just.a couple more pieces of furniture. Overall we had a great time. 」

「Great place! Dock was awesome. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of room for everyone!! Air conditioners worked great. Kept us cool in 100 degree heat index. Beds very comfortable. Plenty of linens . Host was great with communications, very thoughtful. Great location for springs and scalloping. 」

「You’ve found heaven.. this location is 1 of 1. It should be a bird sanctuary honestly.. plenty of room inside, and pure adventure on the horizon outside. This land is truly sacred 」

「The house was everything we thought it would be, and more! We brought our boat, and it was so great to have it right there. And after a day on the water, it was so awesome to jump right into the pool. The house was very clean and had almost everything we needed. The only thing we were missing was a few more kitchen supplies but we made do with what we had. 」

We can’t thank Rebecca enough for all her help when we had an issue with another house in the area that was not her property and she stepped in and saved our family vacation! This house was just perfect for us from the inside to the outside was absolutely beautiful! Thank you again for everything」

「Perfect getaway, you can literally walk to the springs, best coffee, icecream, restaurants and gift shops in downtown Crystal River. The host was amazing, the shower was super hot, great pressure with a handheld removable part to shower head. Very clean and nicely stocked home. 」

「Property was clean, and well stocked. The location was great,very close to all of the springs, very nice parks, and easy access to shopping and restaurants. The pool was huge and the perfect temperature. The beds were comfortable. Very large fenced in yard. Property could you use a good Handyman but everything we needed and more was there .」
