“Overall, the location and the communication with the host was great! Unfortunately, the house was very dirty and run down. Definitely needs tlc and a new cleaner asap. ”

“Our family was in town for a college graduation. The property was in a great location, close to the Beverly train station, shops, and restaurants. The home was clean and included the amenities our family needed for our stay. Our host, Rachel, was available for any questions we had along the way. Communications provided on check-in, details about the home, near by dining and attractions, check-out, etc were well done and very helpful. Overall, this was a neat experience to stay in a home……

“Just fix keypad so door can be locked from outside ”

“The check in process and communication were excellent. The room was clean and the king bed was very comfortable. The pull out bed was awful. It was a single mattress that barely passed as a bed. We booked this room for 3 adults (my husband and I and our 25yr old son). My son is not a picky sleeper and it was so uncomfortable he got almost no sleep. Otherwise I would give this room an excellent review-but since it did not sleep 3 adults, I give it a fair. My son would give it a poor.”

“Convenient location to a variety of places including Rockport and dine in/take out dining with great options. Bed was very comfortable and HVAC kept us cool. Exactly as listed with full cooktop/oven, refrigerator/freezer and smaller microwave. Liked that use of laundry room was an option too! We'd have liked a recycling bin for whatever is recycled here, and hand towels for the bathroom and dish towels to dry things in the kitchen rather than use so many paper towels or just lay them out to air……
