「When we checked in the lady that attended us was very friendly but then while checking out a young fellow was working and he was so rude to me but above all for what we paid was a good deal for a last minute booking 」

「I chose this place because it's more affordable and has elevators since I knew I'd be traveling with multiple pieces of luggage, but when we arrived, they told us the elevator was down and had a guy help carry the luggage for us. The next morning we had to carry them on our own, and it was very inconvenient. Wifi was extremely slow; we couldn't really use it. We had to stay up for an hour trying to get it fixed. The bathroom sink is clogged. No toiletry except for bar soap and towels.,...

「The manager was excellent but after we returned the next day after leaving town for 2 days the other men that we had worked with where rude and didn't believe that we had one more night set aside with our emotional support animals who have papers and shots up to date They put us in the worst room and had us up all night with the noise and dirtyness of the room will not return」
