there’s no wifi despite being advertised on the booking platform. take note that if you book standard rooms, you will not be staying in the actual hotel but somewhere worse. in a separate location inside Heliopolis. they only inform you only luxury rooms let’s u stay in the Riad. they are mostly subletting apartments from heliopolis. towels are not changed daily and neither is housekeeping provided.

This was the worst accommodation experience of my life. The room was like a prison, with no basic necessities at all — no internet, no air conditioning, nothing. The photos were completely misleading. I only stayed a few hours then left for another hotel. The reception staff were extremely rude, especially when the booking was not made through their own site. The place is located in an abandoned-looking residential area, and it looks nothing like the pictures.

Unexpected experience in a bad way

Its better to tell from the booking page where you are supposted to stay then to stay in an apartment with the view of a parkingplace! Anounce private beach and your own pool is not ok. Please change your information on hotels.com and booth guests and yourself will be more happy.
