“I booked this listing 2 days prior to arrival. The booking was confirmed and I was charged. When me and my family arrived to the destination, we tried to contact the host with no response. I copied the number from the VRBO app and texted the host on WhatsApp requesting info to help get into the apartment. The host responded and said “the listing was unavailable. Sorry”. They didn’t respond any further after I requested more information and for them to process a refund. I had to contact VRBO……

“We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. ”

“This was the perfect location for my vacation to see as much of paris as possible. Near public transit, blocks from Louvre and Notre Dame. The studio appartment had refrigerator, microwave, hotplate and all necessary kitchen ware. The biggest downside was an issue with internet, but it eventually was resolved. Studio had full size bed that was very comfortable, or maybe i was exhausted every night. Highly recommend for one or two travelers. ”
