Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

NE JAMAIS Y ALLER !!!

L’annonce paraĂźt propre, l’odeur de remontĂ©e d’égout pendant 28 jours et le canapĂ© lit cassĂ© nous a empĂȘchĂ© de dormir et de vivre convenablement, j’ai dĂ» acheter un matelas gonflable pour avoir un minimum de confort, j’étais au camping dans les Ă©gouts de Paris. J’ai appelĂ© rien que la premiĂšre semaine 5 fois l’assistance qui prenait mes plaintes mais ne faisait rien, ce n’est que la deuxiĂšme semaine ou ils ont envoyĂ© un agent (incompĂ©tent) rĂ©gler les odeurs et le lit ainsi que dĂ©poser un Ă©tendoir, Ă©videmment nous avons pas Ă©tĂ© mis au courant et ce Monsieur est passĂ© quand nous Ă©tions pas lĂ , nous aurions pus ĂȘtre volĂ© sans que nous le sachions. Il est revenu une deuxiĂšme fois suite Ă  nos plainte, il est passĂ© et a juste versĂ© de l’eau chaude dans les tuyaux et a regardĂ© le lit et pour lui il a je cite « rĂ©gler tout les problĂšmes » ce qui n’était pas vrai vu que le lit faisait encore plus de bruit et l’odeur est revenu 10 min aprĂšs. En fin de sĂ©jour aprĂšs plus de 40 appels avec l’assistance ils ont fini par ne plus me rĂ©pondre ce qui est trĂšs professionnel de leurs part j’aurais pus avoir un problĂšme avec leurs appartements qu’ils n’aurait pas Ă©tĂ© au courant. J’ai essayĂ© dĂšs le dĂ©part du sejour de dire « soit on part de cette appartement et vous nous rembourser soit vous rĂ©gler les problĂšmes » Ă  chaque fois ils ont jouĂ© la montre et m’ont reprochĂ© de ne pas avoir quittĂ© l’appartement plus tĂŽt, j’ai demandĂ© un remboursement mais en vin, l’assistance est HORRIBLE.
