Please keep this in mind when reading my review: this was my fifth trip to Paris. I have never experienced anything like this. From cleanliness to service, this stay was incredibly disappointing.The host did provide detailed check-in instructions, which made arrival simple. However, the moment we entered the flat, the problems began. The kitchen and bathroom were crawling with roaches—both dead and alive. Later that night, when we went to get ready for bed, we found roaches in all four beds and throughout the bedrooms. This made it clear that the sheets had not been changed and the flat had not been properly cleaned before our stay.I contacted the host immediately. She offered to send a cleaning service the next morning to change the sheets and address the situation, but no one ever arrived. All we received was a brief apology. I provided multiple photos, and only on the day we were checking out did she offer to send an exterminator—she wasn’t even aware that we were leaving.Save your money and your peace of mind. Avoid this apartment.

Très bien situé sur Paris mais...

Un grand appartement, tes fonctionnel, pouer environ 10 personnes mais qu un jeu de clefs ! Un seul jeu de clefs pour autant de personnes présentent c est une aberration......Nous avons eu un incident nessitant un passage aux urgences à Minuit après un restaurant, obligés d attendre le groupe accompagnant jusqu'à 2 h pour leur ouvrir la porte ! Compliqué ! Sinon propreté moyenne mais acceptable, confort ok et proche du métro. Équipe à l écoute si besoin d équipements matériel. Merci

Das Wichtigste zuerst! FINGER WEG von Wohnungen dieser Agentur!

Wir waren in der Wohnung (Angaben der Agentur:) 81-⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Paris Luxe Sebastopol (Bd de Sebastopol,135,Paris). Zunächst funktionierte alles gut mit der Agentur; auch wenn für das Unterstellen der Koffer für wenige Stunden jeweils 5 Euro unverschämt sind. Die ersten Minuten machte die Wohnung einen relativ vernünftigen Eindruck, bis uns die erste KAKERLAKE im Küchenschrank ansah! Sie befanden sich in der Küche, aber auch im ersten Bad, selten in den Schlafzimmern. Das Problem zog sich regelmäßig über den gesamten Aufenthalt. Es gab ferner eine weitere Käferart und Ameisen. Der Zustand, vor allem der Küche, war einfach nur widerwertig! Die Kakerlaken saßen zwischen den Tellern im Geschirrschrank! Des Weiteren waren die Schubfächer und Schränke dreckig. Ratte im Innenhof gesehen. Die Treppe des Hausflures ist eine Zumutung. Die Treppe ist abgedeckt, um vermutlich den katastrophalen Zustand und die in den Bewertungen teilweise beschriebenen Spuren zu verbergen. Es riecht widerlich! Der Umgang der Agentur mit Kritik stellt sich im Nachhinein ebenfalls als katastrophal dar! Auf Argumente wird nicht eingegangen (tote und getrocknete Kakerlake an der Wand und auf dem Fußboden!). Ich kann weder diese Wohnung, auf keinen Fall diese Agentur empfehlen, die offenbar lediglich profitorientiert ist! Es liegt der Verdacht nahe, dass diese in betrügerischer Absicht handelt, indem sie die Mieter über den tatsächlichen Zustand der Wohnung(en) nicht korrekt aufklärt bzw. bewusst täuscht!
