「We enjoyed the location of this cute rental. It feels very central to many sites, shops and restaurants. Metro is nearby too. The apartment is quite small, as advertised. The sofa in the sitting area is average (a bit hard, stained upholstery) but we were not in the apartment much. We never figured out how to work the TV despite the video tutorials. Wifi is good. The bed is actually very comfortable and bathroom is spacious and functional. Maybe add a shelf or spot for travelers’ toiletries. 」

「Nice apartment and 10 mins from Eiffel tower in reasonable price. Just be aware there is no AC and its on 2nd floor so in summer at night it gets hot. Only issue I have is that they require 400 EURO deposit for damaged and don’t return right away after your stay. They said it will take upto 2 weeks to refund which is ridiculous.」

「I had a couple issues during my stay- (1) the fan was not working (with no air conditioning, this made the room hot). (2) The bathroom sink would not drain (I was advised to go purchase a drain solution which I would be refunded for), (3) The stay requires an €800 Euro damage deposit to be paid on an external site. The deposit was supposed to be returned approx 15 days after the stay, but after not receiving it for 30+ days, I had to message and ask where it was- prob wouldn’t have got it back...

「I booked my room and upon arrival in Paris, I reached out to the host to check in, and they claimed my booking never existed. Which left me having to scramble for another place on the spot even though I had booked this room months in advance (with a confirmation email.) They did not help me find somewhere else to stay. "Location is truly superb on Rue Cler, in an old style 19th century Haussmannian building which is beautiful. Rue Cler is a famous pedestrian market street located in the 7th arrondissement of Paris, France. Although the rooms are a little small the hotel staff are superb, attentive and very friendly. They went out of their way to help me retrieve a lost item. I can’t thank them enough and we would stay there again."
