Lovely hotel! Perfect location right near the Arc de Triumph, the metro, and bus stops. The rooms are very small, especially by North American standards, but the staff have big hearts. The friend I was supposed to be traveling with had a medical emergency, and we had to make changes to our reservation. The staff was very sympathetic, and helped us unconditionally. Special shout out to Théo who facilitated the changes and welcomed us on our arrival. Make sure you go across the street the the Le Général restaurant: the food is amazing and the staff is wonderful.
