“The elevator is one of the factors for me to choose the hotel. Unfortunately on the way to elevator, there are a 5-step staircase. So I still have to carry my luggages myself. The reception did not let me know or offer any help. There was no hair dryer in my room, and it took me over 30 minutes to finally get a good one. So overall, I don’t think the price is worth it”

“Hotel is in a great location, super nice design and rooms are comfortable and big toilet compares to most hotels in Paris. Breakfast is also very well thought after, lots of selections and good food. Staff are all very well trained and super friendly.”

“I stayed in a 'Garden Access' room during this trip, which features a fully accessible path suitable for individuals with disabilities—definitely a positive aspect. However, I noticed that the booking details indicated a room size of 16-22 m². The allocation between the bedroom and bathroom seemed quite unbalanced, approximately 30% to 70%, which was a bit surprising. Additionally, it’s important to note that 'garden access' refers to ground floor rooms. Just a heads-up for anyone considering……

“Very nice view! Lovely and big room! Tidy and clean. Very helpful and polite staff.”

“Excellent stayed!”

“The room was very well designed, well appointed and simply lovely. The staff was gracious, helpful, responsive and accommodating. Loved my stay!”

“A very special one-off boutique hotel in an exclusive but convenient location. Surrounded by a wonderful selection of interesting shops / restaurants but easily accessible to the famous Notre Dame Cathedral etc. Staying on the Isle de St Louise is a tranquil but fascinating experience like no other in Paris.”
