「The staff was extremely helpful & very nice to us, the front desk lady ivluck typed us up an itinerary the first day we got there, everyone was amazing, the rooms were very comfortable, ac was always available, they would restock our rooms with water, robes, slippers anything we could need, they made sure it was supplied and ready, the charging ports all have convertions so if you didn't buy one thats bo problem, the location was my absolute favorite, we were in such a great area, so many things...

「入住了四晚整體來說都很愉快，房間舒適且位置便利，遺憾因個人安排未能嘗到飯店早餐。其中一天我們為了一個較正式晚餐提前回飯店換衣服，時間大約是下午3點太太在更衣時工作人員在未敲門下忽然開門，還好當時她在門邊所以馬上阻止了。我可以理解可能是眾多巧合下造成的意外，例如房間剛好整理到一半只差毛巾未更換, 我當時進房未插上房卡, 房務備品房間剛好在對面...等。但我相信如果每次工作人員都能在敲門並詢問後再開門，這個意外就不會發生。」

「Great hotel, staff and location. Rooms are a bit small which makes it challenging to store 2 suitcases. No lift so if you are on the top floor there are some stairs to navigate.」

「The location was great...right in the center of things. The staff was amazing...very friendly and eager to help. The only issue we had was that the junior suite was too tight and had no proper window. We paid a premium price and were expecting a better room, but other than that, everything was perfect so still giving hotel 5 star review.」

「I stayed in a 'Garden Access' room during this trip, which features a fully accessible path suitable for individuals with disabilities—definitely a positive aspect. However, I noticed that the booking details indicated a room size of 16-22 m². The allocation between the bedroom and bathroom seemed quite unbalanced, approximately 30% to 70%, which was a bit surprising. Additionally, it’s important to note that 'garden access' refers to ground floor rooms. Just a heads-up for anyone considering...
