“We couldn't have asked for a better location for our family trip. This apartment sits right on Saint-Louis en l'Île, one of the most charming streets in all of Paris and it made such a difference to our stay. Being so close to public transportation meant we could explore the city easily, without any of the usual stress that comes with travelling as a family.The apartment itself is lovely, and the host was wonderfully responsive whenever we needed anything. “My mistake was I didn't read the check in instructions super carefully, so I it did make check in more frustrating! The instructions are especially difficult to miss on expedia - but note there are specific hours when you can pick up the keys. Also, the instructions also say it's the 2nd last door on the left, when it is in fact the last door on the left. On to the room - it was fine, serviceable for what we needed. However, my biggest gripe was that the sofa wasn't super clean (I can live……

“Excellent location and clean apartment”

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience was extremely disappointing. The apartment looks much better in the photos than it does in reality. While I liked the neighborhood and surrounding streets, the entrance to the building is a long, dark hallway that feels neglected and unwelcoming. The biggest issue, however, was the digital entry system. After returning from dinner one evening, the digital key stopped working, leaving my family locked outside the building for almost two hours……

“Communication with the host was superb. The apartment is very comfortable. I just want to mention that there is a subway underneath and can be noisy at times. It’s in a great location close to restaurants, shops and points of interest. I will stay there again if I go back.”

“Easy check in instructions from host. Host is easily accessible (if needed). Location is close to metro and tourist sites. Could get loud on weekends, but was not an issue for us. ”
