"The property seemed clean when you walk in. As the days went by the bathroom had a very moldy sewer smell. There were two windows in the living room but we couldn’t leave them open because it was on the first floor. Towels would not get dry in the bathroom. We tried to dry them on the drying rack but took days to dry. There is no ventilation. You can hear the subway going by. The room door is open on the top. One you open the sofa bed and open your luggages there is hardly any room to walk...

"Excellent location! Very chic, great light thru the windows and skylights. Super clean and well laid out. Very comfortable bedding. Every instruction needed is provided in linked videos that are extremely helpful, highly recommend watching before trying to open the door! Only tips are watch your toes on small, raised levels, bathroom, kitchen etc. Also, no need for gym, we got a great workout everyday climbing up the stairs, but well worth it for such an incredible location! Would stay again in...
