“Excellent location and checking in was easy. There is a small lift for taking up luggage.”

“The property seemed clean when you walk in. As the days went by the bathroom had a very moldy sewer smell. There were two windows in the living room but we couldn’t leave them open because it was on the first floor. Towels would not get dry in the bathroom. We tried to dry them on the drying rack but took days to dry. There is no ventilation. You can hear the subway going by. The room door is open on the top. One you open the sofa bed and open your luggages there is hardly any room to walk……

“Tolle Lage, gemütlich, großartige Kommunikation. Die Schlüsselabgabe und -abholung war einfach, aber ich hätte mir gewünscht, dass sie näher an der Wohnung ist. Die Unterkunft sowie Handtücher und Bettwäsche hätten etwas sauberer sein können. Die Lage ist fantastisch, perfekt für einen kurzen Städtetrip. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und ideal, um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war hervorragend und hat alles sehr einfach gemacht. Der Schlüsselübergabeprozess war……

“We had a brilliant time staying in Paris, and the apartment was really well located. The communication around checking in was easy to understand, and a follow up to make sure we had made it ok was a nice touch. The apartment was really clean, well equipped and the three double bedrooms was something not many other apartments could offer. The only issue we experienced was not being able to work the aircon in the apartment. Possibly broken, or possibly user error…I’m not sure which one.”

“I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience was extremely disappointing. The apartment looks much better in the photos than it does in reality. While I liked the neighborhood and surrounding streets, the entrance to the building is a long, dark hallway that feels neglected and unwelcoming. The biggest issue, however, was the digital entry system. After returning from dinner one evening, the digital key stopped working, leaving my family locked outside the building for almost two hours……
