"Excellent location, peaceful and quiet part of Paris. Five minute walk from Montparnasse station. Convenient store 2 doors down. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Front desk staff are outstanding and helpful. However, minus 1 star for the lack of effort on the room cleaning crew for failing to restock the complimentary water and toiletries."

"We wanted to use the long weekend and visit Paris for the first time. Due to not knowing the city, we decided to look for a hotel in the easy walking distance from all tourist hot spots and in an area that is deemed safe. Our hotel fit the description perfectly - safe and quiet area, we walked most of the time, but when we wanted to save time, several metro stations are within 5 min walk. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops near by, as well as one supermarket. Hotel itself is clean, well maintained and most importantly, our room was super quiet (overlooking courtyard). Staff was super nice and helpful, esp. the breakfast team (Nina, Fanta, Makhan). We enjoyed breakfast every morning, good selection of different things! I would def visit again, so 100% recommended."

"The room was relatively clean and very spacious! Although there were no closets or drawers to hang/put away clothes. There was, however, an "island" by a wall with a few shelves and a hanging area--we requested and were promptly given a few extra hangers for our 9 day stay. It was nice to have a refrig, microwave, stovetop and a washer/dryer unit (bonus!) though it only had limited cycles (loooong dryer, kinda inefficient, but still a dryer!). The property was great, nicely decorative, an outside courtyard, and an inside study/seating area w a coffee and pastry bar. No continental breakfast, just a paid breakfast in the nice restaurant. Front desk staff was super friendly and helpful w metro info, printing off Roland Garros info, recs etc. Be aware they only came in once (midway) to service the room, but we were able to request extra towels and a few supplies. Very hip/cool vibe."

"We had a very pleasant stay here! The hotel was extremely clean and the room was comfortable: the AC was very appreciated, the beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was quite spacious for Paris. We also really appreciated the nice drinking water dispenser on our floor. It was also very quiet at night which made sleeping no problem. The only thing to note is that it is a bit far from most central attractions in the city, but we knew that beforehand and didn't mind (and metro stations were just a short walk away). Would definitely recommend staying here!"

"We ended up in the hotel where the air conditioner was not working. The staff shared their helplessness and merely shared the hand sized fan to spend the night with windows open. My entire family could not keep that night because we were sweating and there was a power breakdown. Next day, on repeated insistence, they moved us to another hotel on the other side of the city and that too, in a single occupancy room whereas we booked an executive room. I wrote an email to the general manager birthday was that they cannot do anything about. The other facility that they moved us to had malfunctioning elevators and pretty average staff support. This new location completely turned our look plans upside down, added a taxi and commuting cost to the north of €200 over 4 days. Never staying here again"

"It is the absolute best, unless you can afford the Ritz. Excellent location, close to Notre Dame, the Louvre, high end and more affordable budget shopping. Across the street, an excellent boulangerie to grab breakfast, multiple dinning options close by. Water and ice machines in every floor perfect after you have been walking in the sun all day long. Big comfortable rooms and bathrooms."
