「距離里昂車站很近，火出車、地鐵、巴士便捷。設施設計優良，屬於舒適便利的商務旅館。服務人員大都熱心，少數較冷漠。早餐品質佳，但是一成不變，缺乏變化。」

「The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were comfortable and clean. And, I appreciated the snacks that were provided. We just had one hiccup: the hotel's database was apparently hacked and I received an email and a text message that were spoofed to look like messages from the hotel asking for payment. I would recommend staying at this hotel, but just be careful about communications and payment that you did not initiate.」

「Great location, a block away from Gare de Lyon and many nice restaurants close by. The staff were extremely friendly and eager to help. Only minus was the elevator didn’t go all the way to the lobby level so I’m not sure what accommodation they have for guests who cannot climb a few stairs. 」

「超近火車站, 有冷氣!所以夏天的巴黎, 不用擔心夏天太熱,房間焗促 附迎有很多食肆,如中西日,也有超市(比較貴)」

「Overall it was great, expect the house keeping did not refill the tissue box. 」

「鄰近地鐵和火車站，房間乾淨整潔，周邊吃喝方便，步行可達Bercy Village和Musée des Arts Forains，可是博物館竟然要預約阿！！這就是沒有做好功課的遺憾，想去的記得要事先預約。值得一提的是，櫃台雖然沒笑容，但卻非常仔細地告知每一位房客關於飯店的使用事項，以致於等待辦理入住久了些，很用心，雖然沒笑容但也還算親切喔。」

「Paris is in summer and temperature over 30c, but the air-conditioner changed to warm air, and we need to refill the water by customer but cost us HKD2500 per night 」

「距離火車站及地鐵很近，交通上很方便，我們訂的是三人房，有足夠空間攤開兩個大行李，及置物空間，房間也很乾淨舒適，有很大的落地窗，但窗簾拉上後室內燈光較不足，如果能增加照明設備就更完美了」

「Somehow they missed my booking of 2 rooms and only reserved one room for me when I checked in. Yet, the staff helped and arranged another Ibis hotel nearby and accommodated my needs. I am happy for that although I made extra effort that night and the other day to swap the hotel. Not sure it is hotels.com problem or the hotel's issue.」
