"There was no one to help at the restaurant on how to order. Everything is self service and we were unable to figure out how to order food at the restaurant from the app. There was no where to add the items we wanted to purchase. Finally we asked the bar tender and she said she could order for us! We wasted at least 39 minutes trying to order from the app and we are tech savvy. "

"Our room was very nice. We had 1 room for 3 adults and it worked out beautifully. The beds were comfortable. I will say that the bathroom is tiny. Our original flight was canceled Paris to USA, but we were able to rebook our room and not move. They have 2 restaurants, a Starbucks coffee shop and a bar. The best part is you are right at Terminal 3 and the train that will take you to 1 or 2. It is sooooo convenient. I would definitely stay there again the next time I am flying out of Paris. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"I loved my stay! My room was quiet and clean, with everything I needed. The restaurant area was very nice and the staff were great. Everything was controlled by an ipad, which was great (many features, colourful light control, Chromecast streaming). I would stay again in a heartbeat! Note there was construction outside of my room but it was not active while I was there. "

"It’s a very nice hotel.The room is clean and it is much bigger than other hotel. Addtionally, the location is not far away from the metro and RER. It is very convenient to take a public transportation. It is closed to McDonald as well."
