「Ce que nous avons le plus apprécié était la proximité avec les attractions touristiques et les services. Une petite boulangerie et une épicerie juste à côté, puis plusieurs restaurants. Secteur très paisible. Nous étions 2 adultes et 2 enfants, et une chance que nous n’avions seulement que 4 carry-on, car l’appartement était très petit et n’aurait pas permis 4 grosses valises. Étrangement, il n’y avait ni vitre, ni rideau de douche dans la baignoire donc ça été un défi de ne pas mouiller toute...

「Let me start…I would definitely rent this apartment again. It is adorable and looks just like the pictures. It has beautiful art on the walls and both the bed and the sofa bed were comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and met our requirements. The bathroom had great shower pressure and lots of hot water. There are a few cons to the property. It is on the first floor of a secured building. The door to the apartment doesn’t have a chain or a deadbolt. The window does have safety bars on it. ...

「The place was great! The location is wonderful to walk everywhere. On the ground floor which was nice so you didn’t have to haul your suitcases up stairs. Like most everywhere in France, there is no air conditioning but the provided fans were sufficient for our 75-85 degree weather we had while there. They were so nice and let us keep our luggage at the apartment until 1pm since we had a later flight. Thank you! We will be back!」

「Terrible flat: smelling bad, basic tools in the kitchen missing, humidity/damp in all flat. Pictures of the flat doesnt corresponds to reality.......I asked for total refund/compensation....still waiting answer from Abritel.....」

「The property is a very easy walk to the Eiffel Tower, which is great. But the property does not even have a skillet. There are not enough basic cookware to even cook breakfast. There is only a combo microwave convection, no real oven. So if you plan on cooking, look for a different unit. Also, poor communication with the owner, and there are no instructions for what to do with the garbage. Or checkout procedures. 」
