“The apt had issues the moment I walked in thr door. The bedroom closet door was broken and hit me on the head when I opened it. The closet was full of the owner’s stuff so I couldn’t put my clothing and shoes in the bottom of the floor. The wallpaper was peeling and the curtain was broken. The bathroom had black mold all around the tub and the cabinet was smeared inside with residue of cosmetics. The living room has black mold on one of the walls near the window. All these things are very hard……
