"First time to Paris, this hotel did not disappoint. Their customer service is exceptional, the door man to the front desk, restaurant staff everyone was amazing. "The host is really nice & polite. He seems to be a bit of a hoarder though as one you get into your closet sized room there is no where to put you stuff. This is not a hotel more of a hostel, the beds are hard, the bathrooms are shared. There is no check in process you basically have to be lucky enough to get the host on the phone. The way the keys work everyone either has to be in the room or out of it, forget it if someone want to split up and look at more of the city."
